I'm writing this with my eyes half closed so excuse me if I don't make sense. Don't know if you'd noticed but Ika, Pietro and myself had our FIRST long(ish) break in a year!

Ika went to some romantic get-away with her hubby Justin (affectionately known as Abang Long - cuz he's TALL), Pietro being the perfect example of a filial son went home to Penang.

Me? I eloped with Robbie Williams! I WISH

I took the first flight out of town on FT day (Feb 1, the last day we were on air). Almost missed it too! And came back just in time for CNY reunion dinner (note to parents: I promise I'll be the one cooking next year!) - Serena attempting to be filial.

I know I don't have to tell you how beautifully mystical Bali is so I'll let the pictures do that.

My new profile picture is of this new place you must check out in the Seminyak area called SOS (Sunset on Six). Pure heaven... and brand new - I had the privilege of being one of the first few to check it out! SOS - basically a beautiful rooftop hangout facing the sunset, 6 floors up, with the beach, waves, and horizon right in front of you... look up and you'll have the stars smiling down at you as well. All I could say was, "....(Blissful sigh)..."

But of course - Serena being the idiot that she is - forgot to check the weather before she took off. So I had to endure being kissed many nights by the rain, waddling around Bali in my drenched flip-flops, and coming back still as white as "Bak Cham Kai" (Cantonese - steamed chicken).

To all celebrating Chinese New Year, may the year of the Rat bring you not just prosperity and luck, most importantly - happiness.
